IMPORTANT: Prior to starting the registration process, please refer to the guidelines below.

1. After clicking on this link, you will be redirected to a page that should look as shown below. Please fill in all information on this page (even though it may not be highlighted in asterisks)

2. The arrival and departure dates are necessary for the security at the École Polytechnique (a military school). While selecting these dates, please bear in mind to account for the welcome reception and badge pickup on 3 September 2024.

Tentative departure time - September 6, 2024 at 6 pm

3. The next page brings you to the billing information. Please note that once this step is passed, this information is non-editable.

4. Please select the correct category from the drop down menu. Note that once an option has been selected, it will require administrative intervention to change it. Students will be required to provide proof of their enrollment (via email to the contact address on this website) in their University/Institution prior to validation of their registration.
